The Office of the Arbiter for Financial Services is an autonomous and independent body setup in terms of Act XVI of 2016 of the Laws of Malta. It has the power to mediate, investigate and adjudicate complaints filed by customers against financial services providers.

We are constantly monitoring the latest developments regarding Covid-19 (coronavirus). 

In view of the authorities’ appeal for safety and precaution, we would like to invite the public and our stakeholders to avoid personal visits to our offices.  We have taken this measure to ensure a safer environment for our staff and to mitigate the possible dissemination of the virus.
